FUSE RETREAT 2026
The 2026 Retreat dates are officially set – July 23-26!
We’re rolling out the red carpet for a Fuse at the Movies / Academy Awards-themed retreat!
Think different movie themes, golden moments, and lots of fun surprises… we’ve got BIG ideas in the works and the countdown starts now!

We are excited to see you beginning Thursday, July 23rd for FUSE at the MOVIES! We are utilizing online applications again this year. We do have limited space, so go ahead and complete your app as soon as you can!
Unless we are notified otherwise in advance of the Retreat, we expect that you will attend for the entire event, arriving Thursday, July 23rd between 1 and 3 pm, and departing Sunday, July 26th at noon. Retreat will be held again at Camp Tawakoni, 8492 SW Tawakoni Rd, Augusta, KS (just east of Wichita). Our Retreat Director, Gabe Parham, is busy arranging awesome activities. We’ll send a Schedule of Events soon, but you can start now planning for our FUSE AWARDS & AFTER PARTY on Saturday night!
What do you need to do? Click the link above and complete your application. Within the application you will be reminded of our policies and practices for Retreat, including background checks, immunization recommendations, and more. Please read it carefully, as you are required to acknowledge that you have read and understand those important disclosures. You will receive a confirmation email when your completed application is received (that confirmation isn’t automatic, and can take a few days). You’ll also receive additional communication (background check link, Schedule of Events, etc.) via the email address that you provide on your application. IMPORTANT: Your application is considered ACCEPTED unless you are notified otherwise. Space is somewhat limited, though we will do our best to make room for everyone interested. In the event we reach capacity, preference is given according to the date completed applications are received.
